“I used BP twice, once to find a mysterious water leak that was puddling on the ground and the 2nd time to replace a water heater because it was leaking. I was referred by a friend and I called them and they came the same day. They were fast in finding the pin hole leak and repaired it fast. They gave me the choice to repair the drywall but I chose to patch up the hole to save a few dollars. 2nd time, I had water coming out of the water heater. Received multiple quotes and they provided a fair price out of 2 other plumbing companies I decided on them because I previously had a positive experience. They replaced the water heater and cleaned up the mess. Definitely will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future. —— 5/26/26-Installed a pressure relief valve, so far so good. Water pressure throughout the house appears to be even and no banging.”
