1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Pioneer Plumbers website (pioneerdmv.com) or scheduling any plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.
2. Services
Pioneer Plumbers provides residential and commercial plumbing services throughout Northern Virginia, including but not limited to drain cleaning, leak repair, water heater service, pipe repair, fixture installation, sewer line work, and plumbing inspections. All work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
When you schedule a service through our website or by phone, you are requesting an appointment within the selected arrival window. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to the nature of service work.
A member of our team will call you to confirm your appointment prior to the scheduled date. Appointments are not final until confirmed by Pioneer Plumbers.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Pioneer Plumbers provides upfront pricing before any work begins. Our technician will diagnose the issue on-site and present you with a clear estimate. You are under no obligation to proceed with the work. A diagnostic/trip fee may apply for the on-site visit, which will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
Pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of the repair. Any changes will be discussed and approved by you before additional work is performed.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as communicated by your technician. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge by calling us at (703) 508-3088 at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival window. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Warranty
Pioneer Plumbers stands behind our work. We provide a warranty on labor and parts as specified at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by the type of work performed and will be communicated to you in writing upon completion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Liability
Pioneer Plumbers is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage, or issues unrelated to the work performed.
9. Property Access
By scheduling service, you grant our technicians permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area. Please inform us of any pets, security systems, or access restrictions at the time of scheduling.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Pioneer Plumbers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.
11. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your phone number through our booking form or other contact methods, and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Pioneer Plumbers. These messages may include:

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically 1-5 messages per appointment.
Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received. Pioneer Plumbers is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.
