Plumbers call this the drain, waste, and vent system, or DWV. Getting the slopes and connections right is the difference between quiet, reliable drains and slow, gurgling ones. Hot water for the new space. A second living area often puts more demand on your system than the original water heater was built to carry. Permits for an in-law suite
